City of Azusa Expands Laserfiche with Authorize. Net Integration

Complete Paperless Solutions (CPS) is pleased to announce the next phase of the City of Azusa's Laserfiche journey with the implementation of its first payment processing integration, Authorize.Net.

CPS assumed responsibility for Azusa's Laserfiche environment approximately 18 months ago. Since then, the City and CPS have focused on strengthening the system's foundation, including cleaning up the repository and identifying and correcting workflows that were not operating as intended.

That work also positioned Azusa for its move to Laserfiche Cloud and the addition of Records Management Edition (RME), giving the City a more modern platform for managing information, automation, and records retention.

With that foundation in place, Azusa is now beginning the next stage of its Laserfiche development: connecting the platform with other systems used across the City.

The City's first integration will support payment processing, allowing information to move between systems as part of a more streamlined business process. It is expected to be the first of several integrations as Azusa continues expanding how Laserfiche supports City operations.

For CPS, the project represents the natural progression of a healthy Laserfiche environment: stabilize the existing system, strengthen the underlying processes, modernize the platform and then build outward through integrations and additional automation.
