CPS Featured in California Clerks Connection
Complete Paperless Solutions (CPS) is featured in the October 2026 issue of California Clerks Connection, the monthly publication of the California Municipal Clerks Association (CMCA).
In the Partner Highlight, CPS co-owner Claude Schott and marketing consultant Kimberly Samuelson discuss the company's history, its commitment to customer service, and the importance of education in helping municipal clerks get more from their technology investments.
One theme of the conversation was the difference between simply providing software and helping customers use its full capabilities. For CPS, that means building relationships, understanding how agencies work, and sharing knowledge that helps clerks and IT staff solve problems and discover new opportunities.
The interview also touches on CPS's educational resources, including webinars, videos, and the more than 500 articles available through the company's website.
