Operating continuously since 1959, the Santa Ynez River Water Conservation District
Improvement District No.1 serves the communities of Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, Ballard, the Santa Ynez Band of the Chumash Indians, and the City of Solvang.
The agency is new to enterprise content management. It looks forward to digitization, which will encompass recreating its document retentions (in the Laserfiche Cloud System), redoing its file folder structure, and modernizing its taxonomies. “Once we finish the initial deployment, they are eagerly awaiting the ability to leverage Workflow,” stated Jamie Dunn, CPS VP of Sales.
