Complete Paperless Solutions (CPS) is pleased to welcome San Benito County Water District as its newest Laserfiche customer.

The District has selected a five-user Laserfiche Professional Cloud solution with Records Management Edition (RME) and SharePoint conversion services.

The new system will provide a cloud-based foundation for document management, records retention, and access to information.

The purchase marks an important milestone in a technology evaluation process that began in 2022. After several years of planning and consideration, the District is moving forward with a solution designed to support its records management needs.

"Special districts often operate with small teams managing a wide range of responsibilities, so technology projects have to move at a pace that works for the agency," said Jamie Dunn, Vice President of Sales at Complete Paperless Solutions. "We've been working with San Benito County Water District since 2022, and we're pleased to help them take this next step with Laserfiche Cloud, records management, and their SharePoint conversion."

The implementation will bring document management and records retention capabilities together in Laserfiche Cloud, while eliminating the need for the District to maintain the underlying software infrastructure.

CPS will provide implementation services and ongoing support as the District begins its next chapter in information management.
