Welcome, South Adams County Water and Sanitation District – Our First Colorado Client!

CPS is thrilled to welcome South Adams County Water and Sanitation District (SACWSD) to our client family! Based in Commerce City, Colorado, SACWSD selected CPS through a competitive RFP process to implement a Laserfiche Cloud Business Tier system, making them our first municipal client in the state of Colorado.

Previously using Filebound, the District was ready for a change. Usability challenges and limited functionality left their team looking for a more intuitive and strategic solution. With Laserfiche Cloud, SACWSD gains a powerful platform to support both daily workflows and long-term digital transformation.

One of the District’s top priorities was building a solid foundation for records management, a strength of the Laserfiche platform and a cornerstone of CPS’s implementation strategy.
