Sweetwater Authority's journey with us began with an RFP. Initially, their requirement was for 15 Full Users, but they were keen on leveraging many of the modules available in the Self-Hosted Business Tier. Given the minimum user requirement of 25 for this tier, we suggested moving forward with the higher Business Tier to benefit from the comprehensive suite of modules included fully. This comprehensive suite ensures that Sweetwater Authority can access a wide range of services, maximizing their functionality and cost savings.
One of Sweetwater Authority's key focuses was Records Management and the advanced capabilities of the Advanced Audit Trail. We are proud to offer a solution tailored to meet these specific needs, ensuring robust management and security of their records.
Furthermore, understanding the importance of being a Trusted System, we have integrated restorVault with 1.5Tb of WORM (Write Once Read Many) storage. This feature provides Sweetwater Authority with additional data protection and compliance assurance.
