City of Glendora Selects Complete Paperless Solutions and Laserfiche for Enterprise Records Management

Complete Paperless Solutions (CPS) is pleased to announce that the City of Glendora has selected Laserfiche to support its next phase of digital records management following a successful records scanning engagement with CPS.

The relationship began in March 2025 when the City engaged CPS to securely scan more than 780,000 pages of sensitive Police Department records.

Although the records were destined for the City's existing OnBase system, CPS was selected because of its extensive experience handling confidential public sector records and the rigorous security processes required for projects of this nature.

As the scanning project progressed, City staff began exploring what a long-term records management strategy could look like in Laserfiche. After reviewing the platform, they were particularly impressed with Laserfiche's built-in records retention capabilities and its status as a Trusted System for records management.

The City ultimately selected a solution designed around the unique operational needs of its departments.

The City's administrative departments will implement Laserfiche Cloud with Laserfiche Vault, while the Police Department will deploy a dedicated self-hosted Laserfiche environment. Both systems are designed to support each department's unique requirements while providing records retention management, DocuSign integration, and comprehensive migration services as CPS transitions the City's existing content from OnBase into Laserfiche.

CPS is also continuing its scanning services throughout the project. Once the new repositories are ready, newly scanned records will flow directly into Laserfiche, creating a seamless transition from paper records to long-term digital management.

"This project really demonstrates how relationships are built," said Jamie Dunn, Vice President of Sales at Complete Paperless Solutions. "We were initially brought in because the City trusted us to securely handle highly sensitive records. As we worked together, we had the opportunity to show what Laserfiche could do beyond document storage. The City took the time to evaluate what was best for each department and built a solution that supports both their current operations and their long-term records management goals. We're excited to partner with Glendora throughout that journey."

The project recently kicked off with representatives from the City and CPS, marking the beginning of the implementation and migration effort.

The CPS team looks forward to helping the City of Glendora modernize its records management program while continuing to provide the secure scanning and migration services that started the partnership.
