CPS is proud to announce that the City of Azusa has officially upgraded to Laserfiche Cloud, marking a major step forward in its trusted system journey.
Our partnership with Azusa began two years ago with scanning services. At that time, they were running Laserfiche Avante with 15 users, plus Forms Portal and Public Portal. This year, Azusa took the next big step by upgrading to a 25-user Business Tier Cloud system with AI. They also enrolled in CPS VIP Support and added Records Management Edition (RME) to manage retention schedules directly within Laserfiche. Looking ahead, the City plans to implement Laserfiche Vault to further strengthen their trusted-system capabilities.
“Azusa’s move to Laserfiche Cloud with AI and RME showcases exactly how municipalities can modernize—thoughtfully and fast,” said Jamie Dunn, CPS Vice President of Sales. “We’re excited to support their team with VIP service as they expand automation, strengthen records compliance, and prepare for Vault.”
With this upgrade, Azusa joins a growing number of California municipalities evolving their information management into trusted systems—modern, compliant platforms designed to ensure long-term integrity, accessibility, and transparency.
CPS is thrilled to continue supporting Azusa as they leverage Laserfiche Cloud to boost efficiency, compliance, and citizen service delivery.
