Grateful for Our Clients: CPS Attends Laserfiche Winners Circle 2026

Each year, Laserfiche invites its top-performing partners to attend the Winners Circle event, a gathering that recognizes partners from around the world for their work supporting organizations with the Laserfiche platform. This year’s event took place in Punta Cana at the Dreams Resort, where partners were welcomed with thoughtful touches like welcome baskets waiting in each room upon arrival.

Complete Paperless Solutions was honored to receive a Ruby Award at the 2026 Winners Circle. While the event celebrates partner performance, moments like this are really about something else entirely: the agencies and organizations that trust us with their work.

For CPS, recognition from Laserfiche always brings us back to the same place. Our clients are the reason we are invited to events like this. Every award reflects the agencies that chose to modernize their operations, implement trustworthy systems, migrate to the cloud, or rethink how information moves through their organization.

From cities building enterprise Laserfiche programs to departments taking their first steps toward digital transformation, each project represents a partnership. Those partnerships are the real story behind any recognition CPS receives.

Jamie Dunn, CPS Vice President of Sales, attended the event and reflected on what it represents for the team.

“Events like Winners Circle are always a great reminder that the work we do is a collaboration,” said Dunn. “We may be the ones accepting the award, but the credit really belongs to our clients. They are the ones willing to rethink old processes, embrace new technology, and put in the work to make those projects successful.”

Jamie also noted that the Winners Circle event itself has become a more intimate gathering over the years, with a smaller group of partners attending. That makes the time together even more meaningful. It creates space for conversation, reflection, and appreciation for the work being done across the Laserfiche community.

For CPS, the experience reinforced something we see every day in our work with local governments and agencies. Innovation rarely happens because of a single tool or platform. It happens because dedicated public servants are willing to improve how their organizations operate and how they serve their communities.

To our clients across California and beyond, thank you. Thank you for trusting us with your projects, for inviting us into your organizations, and for continuing to push forward with thoughtful, responsible digital transformation.

Awards are nice moments of recognition, but the real reward is seeing the work succeed inside the agencies we serve. We are grateful to be part of that journey with you.
