We want to welcome the City of Upland as a new member of the CPS Family. Incorporated in 1906, the City has a population of almost 74,000 and is located in San Bernardino County, California. Sitting at the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, Upland is known for its beautiful weather and its skateboarding culture.
Looking to replace their current ECM, Upland released an RFP which we responded to and won. The City certainly did its due diligence, speaking with multiple cities about their customer service experience with CPS.
Upland has some exciting and ambitious ideas for their Laserfiche Rio System (including Laserfiche Forms, WebLink, and Quickfields), and we can’t wait to see what they do with it.
