CPS Welcomes Contra Costa Transportation Authority to the Laserfiche Community

CPS is excited to announce that the Contra Costa Transportation Authority has selected Laserfiche Cloud, supported by CPS, as their new enterprise content management platform. The Authority has been using an older system called Revver and knew it was time to move to a modern, scalable solution. After discussions about a possible conversion, they ultimately chose to start fresh with Laserfiche.


They purchased a 5 User Laserfiche Cloud system with Records Management Edition and Vault. As part of this project, they are implementing a Trusted System with retention schedules for four departments. They are beginning with the essentials and will add additional modules as their digital transformation progresses. The Authority purchased through the OMNIA Partners contract, which made the process easy and efficient.


Jamie Dunn, CPS Vice President of Sales, shared, “The Authority is incredibly eager to get started. They have a clear vision of what they want to accomplish and view Laserfiche as the ideal foundation for a long-term digital transformation. We are excited to help them build a trusted, sustainable system from day one.”


Special districts across California are accelerating their move to true digital transformation. They are moving beyond shared drives and outdated systems and choosing modern platforms that support retention, automation, and long-term information governance. The Contra Costa Transportation Authority is a great example of this momentum, and CPS is proud to support them on this journey.
