We’re proud to announce that Moraga-Orinda Fire District has selected CPS as their Laserfiche implementation partner! The District is moving forward with a 5-user Laserfiche Cloud Professional system with Records Management Edition (RME) to better manage their records and streamline their retention schedules.
CPS first connected with the District at the CCAC Conference in 2022, where staff shared that they had no formal system in place for managing records and were relying heavily on a shared drive that had grown difficult to navigate. Having just completed an agenda management project, the team knew they needed to move thoughtfully and strategically toward their next phase of digital transformation.
“Moraga-Orinda’s approach was intentional from the start,” said Jamie Dunn, VP of Sales at CPS. “They understood the importance of building a sustainable foundation for records management and are setting themselves up for long-term success with Laserfiche.”
As part of this initiative, the District is focusing first on records retention and clean-up efforts, particularly paper archives, engineering drawings, and shared drive content. With Laserfiche Cloud and RME in place, they’ll be positioned to expand into integrations and potentially leverage Laserfiche Vault and CPS’s scanning services as their needs evolve.
