CPS Welcomes the City of Ojai to the Laserfiche Platform


Complete Paperless Solutions (CPS) is proud to announce that the City of Ojai has selected the Laserfiche municipal site license along with Laserfiche Vault as the foundation of a Trusted System for managing the City’s records and information.


Ojai’s initiative begins in the City Clerk’s Office, where Laserfiche will be used to establish consistent, compliant, and reliable records practices, with plans to expand across additional departments over time. A key driver for the project is Laserfiche’s automated naming and filing capabilities, which will help ensure documents are captured, classified, and stored consistently—reducing manual effort while improving accuracy and long-term governance.


The City is also planning for the future conversion of records currently housed in their Fortis system, further strengthening Ojai’s move toward a centralized, trusted digital environment.
